The eighth annual European Resource Bank meeting is being hosted by the International Taxpayers Committe and will take place in Yalta, Ukraine, from 19-21 May 2011.

It will be preceded by the Free Market Road Show in Kiev.

May 19-21, 2011 Yalta – Congress “How to manage the public finance crisis while advancing freedom, responsibility and genuine solidarity.”

May 19 - Welcome dinner.

May 20 (Day 1) - discussions: some barriers we need to overcome in this part of the 21st century so that freedom can be spread faster and more efficiently.

May 21 (Day 2) - day for "practical issues" & gala dinner.

May 22 – departure OR/and excursions, sea-leisure activities
